| Association Reserve Study Now Available To Review |

A Reserve Study was conducted by an outside consultant during 2011 and the final report was issued in December. A Reserve Study is an in-depth evaluation of a property's physical components and an analysis of its reserve funds. Your board invites you to read or review the Association's study. Copies of the Reserve Study overview, report and spreadsheets can be found on the "Documents" page under the "Reserve Study" heading. You're encouraged to take a look!

In addition the minutes from the September Annual Meeting and all board meetings in 2010 and 2011 are available. Reading the minutes is a great way to keep informed with what's going on with your Association.

The wintertime farmers market is continuing in Boyne City. The market is held 10 AM - 2 PM on Saturdays at the Boyne District Library’s adjacent red storage building, at 214 Ray St. in Boyne City.

| New Boyne City Mayor Named |

An updated copy of The Harborage's "Community Profile" is available on the "Documents" page. This profile was developed a year ago at the suggestion of owners as a method to promote the community to prospective owners. The profile describes the beauty and uniqueness of our community and also details the financial strength of our Association. The profile was updated to reflect the financial results through our most current fiscal year. One of our local realtors uses the profile to promote our community in their marketing efforts.
