Final 'Boyne on the Water' Proposals Unveiled

BOYNE CITY — A six-month-long process to look for ways to improve and better connect the city's many public waterfront spaces wrapped up this week leaving community leaders with a lot of food for thought. The effort, which was dubbed "Boyne on the Water," was spearheaded by representatives from Michigan State University and the Michigan Municipal League.
