Major BC Redevelopment Projects Get Financial Assistance

Petoskey News-Review reports that two major redevelopment projects that have been on simmer in downtown Boyne City took significant financial steps forward this week. On Tuesday, the Boyne City City Commission unanimously approved measures that will in full, or in part clear the way for the property owners behind the Dilworth Hotel and South Lake Street redevelopment projects to take advantage of special programs that reimburse them for some of the costs associated with the projects.
