New Charter Contact and Technical Information

We have a new contact at Charter Communications for our Association. Charter provides cable TV and Internet service on a group basis for The Harborage. Our new customer service representative is Aaron French and he can be reached at 800-283-6687, extension 1713. Aaron is available from 9AM until 6PM on Tuesday through Saturday. Aaron can answer any questions you have and assist with any upgrades you may desire. More information can be found in the "Frequently Asked Questions" section, item "g". Also, a new Charter "Technical Tips" document has been added to the "Documents" section of the website. This document may help owners solve problems with their internet or cable connections.
