"I am pleased to report that Boyne City remains Strong, Stable and this year I'd like to add one more adjective, Sustained." So said City Manager Michael Cain as he addressed a crowd of 100 business and civic leaders at last week's State of the Community Luncheon at Sommerset Pointe. Cain continued: "The progress we have been experiencing over the past few years has not been some sort of flash in the pan. It is continuing, it builds on itself, and I see no signs that it is abating. To the contrary, I see Boyne City continuing to position itself for even greater success in the years ahead."
